Our Story
The original inspiration for the Blue Parrott came from a short scene in the classic
film Casablanca. It is known as the “Cheers" of
St. Pete Beach. Our locals enjoy our laid back casual atmosphere offering an array
of affordable drink and food specials.
Our succulent homemade dishes thrive with flair, enticing flavors and a wide
selection of generous portions in casual and affordable atmosphere. We pride
ourselves serving the freshest seafood, such as, Baked Onion Crusted Salmon,
Grouper Florentine, Seared Red Tuna, and a variety of Shrimp Pasta dishes. Also,
the menu incorporates homemade classics, such as, Meatloaf, Shepherd's Pie, and
grilled Pork Chops. Whether you're looking for a place for Sunday brunch, lunch or
dinner any day of the week, you can find what you're looking for on Blue Parrot's
restaurant menu. Kick things off with our signature appetizers or go all out with our
